RFID devices. We manufacture a wide range of enterprise solutions such as mobile computers, rugged
handheld PDAs, wearables, tablets, RFID readers/writers, barcode scanners (1D/2D, DPM and ESD safe),

field services. From our location in Tilburg, The Netherlands, we serve the enterprise market for the EMEA
regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa). From this location we can quickly and effectively provide service
in the fields of sales, marketing and technical support.

 

This Position

If you are customer oriented, proactive and looking for an administrating role, accept our challenge
and become part of our small Administration & Finance team where you’ll work with your manager
and colleagues.

What are you going to do?

  • Responsible for efficient order fulfilment, order process accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate internal and external to resolve issues relating to customer pricing, terms, deductions, product cuts, late shipments and other inquiry or issues
  • Communicate with the factory to carry out the purchase, monitoring projects and providing forecast
    in order to fulfill customer shipment schedule
  • This function is responsible for the available products in the inventory and deals in the procedures of product replacement of factory
  • Data maintenance: Item creation / customer profile etc.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills, expert in ERP system (Oracle)
  • Pro-active, accurate, customer focused, coordination skill and flexible
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • If you happen to also master Mandarin, you can apply too
  • Eagerness to find best solution for customer and company
  • Experience in an international (IT) Company (MBO level)
  • The work location is Tilburg, preferably you live in Tilburg or in the nearby area
